Pokémon TCG Pocket players are treated to three new events with free full art promo cards

POKÉMON TCG Pocket is always holding new events for players, but it's rare to have three events happening at the same time.

Before the end of the year, TCG Pocket launched an online battle event to celebrate the launch of the new Mythical Island expansion.

However, while this event is still ongoing January 10, 2025Two additional events and new special rewards have been made available to players.

The first event is the Solo Battle event, where players create different formations to play against the AI.

Blastoise is the current star of the Solo Battle event, and all of the decks you can play against feature Blastoise and other Water-type Pokémon.

There are a number of different rewards available as part of the event, but players will be most interested in the five new promo cards you can get, including a whole new Blastoise card.

Also includes a Snivy card and a new Eevee card that is different from the one currently available.

The Snivy is a particularly valuable find because it functions as part of the current most powerful set, Celebi EX.

Here are the cards you can get as part of the Blastoise Solo Battle event:

• Snivy
• Volcarona
• Evie
• Sinsino
• Blastoise (full art)

More free cards can be obtained as part of a New Year's event open to all players of the game.

The first time you log in, you can get a cool Pikachu promo card with full art, as well as a number of free booster packs for Mythical Island.

You'll also be able to get new hourglasses and wallpapers depending on how many quests you've completed.

• Collect 100 cards – Hourglass Package x12

Finally, there are new rewards for premium players starting in the new year.

The free card is a variation of the Moltres EX card that is a staple in most Fire-type decks.

Besides the usual rewards such as hourglasses and Premium Shop tickets for various quests, the Premium Shop items have changed.

The Mewtwo cosmetics have been replaced with a number of items featuring Charizard.
