Spring is coming and with it the long-awaited sophomore season The last of us.

Confirming the April premiere on Max, the latest teaser for Season 2 debuted Monday at the CES tech conference in Las Vegas, giving another glimpse at some of the video game characters joining the show, including Abby (played by Kaitlyn Dever ), Dina (Isabela) Merced) and Isaac Dixon (Jeffrey Wright).

“It doesn't matter if you have a gay code,” Abby says in a voiceover. “There are some things that everyone agrees are wrong.”

The one-minute teaser begins with Abby walking down a dark hallway as a siren goes off, holding her gun and looking over her shoulder. Bella Ramsay's Ellie ends up walking down the same hallways, pointing a gun.

Abby is also shown in one of the clips, crying as she kneels on a grave. In the video game, Abby is a soldier who ends up at odds with Ellie as she seeks revenge for the sake of a loved one.

Eli and Dina are shown slow dancing before escaping a swarm of infected people. Dina is a free spirit and love interest for Eli.

Isaac Dixon, a militia leader, is shown illuminated by a campfire. The return of Pedro Pascal as Joel Miller also teases and he sheds a tear.

Season 2 newcomers also include Catherine O'Hara, Dani Ramirez, Tati Gabrielle, Young Mazino, Ariella Barrer, and Spencer Lord.
