Everton are making 'every effort' to ensure their FA Cup third round tie against Peterborough United goes ahead despite icy conditions at Liverpool.
A safety meeting involving the club and relevant authorities will be held to assess the weather and travel conditions at 1:00 GMT on Thursday.
The match is scheduled to kick off at Goodison Park at 19:45 with coverage on BBC iPlayer and the red button from 19:35.
Everton's statement said: “At this stage, the match is scheduled to be played as usual and every effort is being made to ensure that remains the case.”
“We will continue to keep fans informed, and will provide more information after the meeting.”
