The American Idol alum has returned for the first time in years on Kelly Clarkson's talk show.
Fans and viewers were thrilled when Kelly welcomed Lee DeWyze, her fellow American Idol winner, to The Kelly Clarkson Show this week.

Lee Dewees, who won the talent award in 2010, performed his first TV appearance of his single “Devil In The Death” from his new album Gone For Days.
Lee, whose real name is Leon James DeWeese Jr., won the ninth season of American Idol.
Before appearing and winning American Idol, the singer had a solo career and formed the band Lee DeWyze.
He also released two albums titled So I'm Told in 2007 and Slumberland in 2010, both on WuLi Records as an independent artist.

Appearing again on Kelly's show this week, fans were thrilled to see Lee doing his thing again.
Performing his new single, Lee can be seen on stage with his guitar as he dazzles fans with his performance.
Wearing a black T-shirt with an unbuttoned black shirt over the top, the singer rocked his graying brown hair and bushy beard as he played his guitar.
“Awesome! Haven't seen him in a while! I'm glad he's still doing it,” one person wrote under a video of Lee singing that was shared on YouTube.
Another said: “Good for him, a lot of people put him on the list of forgotten winners, but he was doing his own thing.”

A third person then wrote: “Beautiful song! Great to see another Idol winner on Kelly's show!”
While a fourth gushed: “Lee is one of my favorite contestants,” to which another person replied: “Me too. I can't believe it's been almost 15 years since he won an Idol award.”
Lee previously spoke about his American Idol win and how his rise to stardom on the TV show made him feel “uncomfortable.”
Speaking to Elmore magazine in 2016, he said: “I went from a guy who wrote songs and performed and did my thing, to a guy who is now involved in this show, and it was very new to me.
“It was uncomfortable”
“It was very intense…and sometimes uncomfortable to be completely honest.”
“I didn't really have a chance to understand all of that while it was happening,” he continued.

On July 27, 2011, the singer announced his engagement to model and actress Jonah Walsh.
