The Steelers' playoff drought has grown to eight seasons, with head coach Mike Tomlin at the head of them all.

Although he won the Super Bowl for the Steelers, his time as head coach has not brought much success since that win.

Tomlin and the Steelers won the Super Bowl in 2008 and returned to the big game in 2010, but lost that time.

In the first four seasons of his coaching career, Tomlin won five playoff games and a Super Bowl.

However, since then he has become a much different coach.

In the 14 seasons since the Steelers last reached the Super Bowl, Tomlin has coached the team to the playoffs eight times.

In those eight playoff games, he won three. Six of the eight playoff games were winless.

The 2024 season was much the same, with Tomlin and the Steelers doing enough to reach the playoffs before eventually getting bounced in the first round.

The Baltimore Ravens were simply too much for the Steelers and easily defeated them 28-14.

While Russell Wilson was able to pass for 270 yards with two touchdowns, the Ravens completely annihilated the Steelers' rushing game.

Micah Parsons has huge expectations for the Dallas Cowboys for the upcoming NFL season after a shocking year

Pittsburgh only managed 29 yards.

On the flip side, the Ravens rushed for 299 yards against what should be a solid Steelers defense.

Lamar Jackson also passed for 175 yards with two touchdowns while contributing 81 yards rushing to the team.

It's been the same result year after year for the Steelers, and Tomlin's job has been somewhat safe compared to the results he's produced.

NFL fans are starting to take notice, and they all have the same message for the Steelers: It's time to let Tomlin go.
