UK reality TV star Vicky Pattison's rocky road to love has been previously documented on hit shows Previous on the beach that Geordie Shore.
The good news is that she recently found happiness, marrying businessman Erkan Ramadan in a ceremony at Marylebone Town Hall in London in August, and then in a larger event in Puglia, Italy in October. She and her groom were happy to share the recent event on social media, as their wedding was also filmed for an E4 show called Vicky Pattison: My Big Fat Geordie's Wedding.
The bad news is that an online advert filmed at the wedding and posted by Pattison has been banned by the UK's advertising watchdog for “glamorising smoking”.
The Guardian A newspaper reported that an advertisement for Indrek Clothing Company, a brand owned by Ramadan, showed the groom lighting a cigar, before seven of his companions did the same.
Both Ramadan and his bride posted the video shortly after their wedding, an ad that Britain's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) deemed “irresponsible” in breach of its rules on social responsibility, and also “not clearly identifiable as a marketing communication” (at Although the ASA acknowledged a comment on Ramadan's video referring to his company).
The Guardian Reports say the ASA said the adverts “should not appear again in the form complained of” and told Endrick Clothing Ltd it must ensure “future adverts are socially responsible”.
Pattison was also the champion of the 15y Deforestation presentation series I'm a celebrity…get me out of here! She starred in her own show on MTV Judge Geordie.
