The mother of two, who has been married to the actor for nearly 30 years, acts “cheerful” and “releases” any tension or resentment.

Patti Wood, body language expert and author of Snap: Making the Most of First Impressions, Body Language, and Charisma, claims the 69-year-old blonde is moving on with her life despite a painful breakup and her ex's public new romance. .
“Deborah Lee has a great smile on her face, and she has no tension in her hands or face,” the expert told The US Sun, during a recent motorcycle trip in New York City.
“You have to be very centered and balanced to ride a motorcycle, and she is,” she added, referring to the Nov. 18 outing.
At the Australian Open on Jan. 14, Deborra-Lee let out a big laugh with her daughter, Ava, 19.

Patty claimed the proud mum – who was wearing an evil eye, typically used to ward off negative energy – looked “ecstatic”.
“She looks like she's having the time in the world. She leaves it saying, 'I'm going to live in the moment and have my joy.' And it feels real, not fake.”
Deborah Lee looked gorgeous, calm and collected at the US Open on September 3.
“She has a wide-open, high-energy smile,” Patty noted. “Her hand in her pocket indicates that she feels a little protective, but overall she's not nervous. She's fine!”
A shocking split – and a new romance
Deborra Lee and Hugh shocked fans by announcing their split in September 2023.
“We have been blessed to share nearly three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage.
“Our journey is now changing and we have decided to separate to continue our individual growth,” they said in a statement.
Rumors began circulating shortly after that Hugh was quietly dating his Music Man co-star, Sutton Foster, 49.
Sutton announced her separation from her husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024 after 10 years of marriage.
Us Weekly reported the following month that Sutton and Hugh were in a relationship “Cause Hugh and Deb I got divorced“.
Deborra-Lee's close friend Amanda De Cadenet raised eyebrows when she commented on a TikTok video in which she claimed Hugh's ex-wife was “shocked” by his romance with Sutton.

Hugh and Sutton went public with their romance this month, packing on the PDA during an In-N-Out burger tour in Los Angeles.
A “messy” divorce.
The Daily Mail recently reported that Deborah-Lee and Hugh will finally file divorce papers “in the next few weeks in New York.”
“One of the biggest reasons they haven't come forward yet is because they haven't gotten any prior agreement,” an insider told the outlet.
“When they got married, they thought it would be forever. Who doesn't? At the time, neither of them expected Hugh's career to become as big as it did.
“Because there was no prenuptial agreement, and because he made a fortune during their marriage, this divorce is not going to be cut and dried. It could even get messy because the stakes are high.”
