Grupo Gitano has signed a 14,000-square-ranked restaurant and club at two levels in Pier 17-first major deal by the new property owner, Seaport Entertainment Group (SEG).
The structure of the East River is home to restaurants including Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Fulton and Andrew Carmellini's Carne Mare, and it is a direct musical place on the surface, to ESPN studios and Nike offices.
Gitano is not completely known to the New York residents. He had a large summer popup in Soho, which later moved to the Conservative Island.

It will feature a giant disco spoonful of a 30 -foot roof.
The new club will replace the Bar Coco pearl area.
SEG acquired an entire sea port last summer when it was established as a company circulating for the public, to replace the former owner Howard Hughes Corporation.
The Tin Building Food Emporium, which is managed by Vongerichten, as well as historical old buildings with stores such as McNallly Jackson Books, Lawn Club Recreatial Attrential, many cafes, iPec courses and nearby development site.
James Gardner, CEO of GRUPO Gitano, said the new site “will mix energy and creativity in New York with the relaxation of the Yukatan relaxation.”

Gitano has recently opened a large location in Dubai and runs a resort hotel in Toulom.
