Chelsea Adolphus dies after being found on roof of Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan; Lake County coroner voices concerns

Chelsea Adolfos, 28, was identified as the woman who died in the eastern Vista Medical Center last week.

On Monday, Lake County, Criminal Investigation Judge Illinois Panek, issued more information about the death of Adolfos.

Banik said the hospital staff found the ceiling of the second floor Thursday morning.

Panek added that the video shows that Adolfos leaves her room at about 2 in the morning on Thursday. She was found seven hours after a roof, only wearing a hospital dress.

The investigator said the victim's body temperature was about 50 degrees when it was found.

Hospital staff tried to revive it for 14 hours, until her death was announced at approximately 11 pm, according to Barraic.

Panek expressed her concerns about the hospital's ability to care for patients. It was martyred how the hospital lost the naming of shocks last year.

“The US health care systems should be responsible for providing safe health care and quality to Waukegan and the surrounding societies,” Panek said. “It has decreased again and again by not meeting its financial obligations towards the sellers, clinical providers, and the city of Wukjan for its water bill, as well as a million dollars due in rear taxes.”

Adolfous's death was due to low body temperature as a result of cold exposure, according to the results of the autopsy of the primary body from the pathologist's office.
