However, the information provided by the office does not include employee names, according to the CNN.
The perpetrator stated that employee identity numbers, job headlines and their role in investigations on January 6 were included in the information provided to the Ministry of Justice.
The director of the FBI office, Bian Drichol, the son, told employees on Friday that the Ministry of Justice had requested information so that it could conduct a “review process to determine whether any additional procedures for employees are necessary”, according to multiple outlets.
On Tuesday, nine agents from the FBI filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice in response to the request, claiming that the acting prosecutor James McGharri and other officials of the Ministry of Justice were missing against them by distributing investigative studies about their question about their involvement in Trump's cases and Trump supporters from Yes, “ending or suffering other negative action.”
The agents stressed that “even if they are not targeted for termination, they may face other reprisals such as reducing job opportunities or denying promotional offers in the future.”
On a separate Tuesday file in the Federal Court in the capital, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Other Unknown Office employees requested a temporary restriction order against the Ministry of Justice.
“Private agents are now placed at the FBI who risk their lives to protect the country from criminals and terrorists in the lists and are exposed to their mission just to take their jobs,” Natalie Para, President of FBIAA said in a statement.
“The names of the FBI agents and employees in these lists would put the safety of these individuals and their families at risk. Moreover, this reckless procedure will create a chilling effect within the law enforcement community and weakens the office's ability to combat criminal and national security threats.”
Publishing the details of any of the agents' participation in the investigations would violate the first amendment rights and the privacy law of 1974, as well as the due legal procedures, both the alleged lawsuit.
The FBI and the Ministry of Finance did not immediately respond to the publication requests for comment.
