Fox acquired Red Seat Ventures, a leading company in the economy of the creators that owns a major podcast and talent authorities through a set of species while building direct media companies for consumers.
It will work as an independent entity within the Tubi Media Group collection and is led by the CEO of Tubi Paul Cheesbrough. The executive team in Red Seat Ventures, led by founding partners Chris Pal and Kevin Balf, will continue to lead and operate business.

From podcasts to video, subscription products and live events, such as fully owned Crimecon, Red Seat Ventures has a busy record in successful partnership with some of the largest brands and characters to run and expand their direct scope to the presence of the consumer. “

Partners said that Red Seat Ventures Properties, through the 17 shows led by creators, Red Seat Ventures in a cumulative manner, led more than 200 million active views per month in November 2024, and was present as the 10 best podcasts in the United States by size and access.
The financial details of the treatment have not been issued.
