The consumer argued that the stalls are almost no additional benefit from pushing the members and begged to the Sam's Club feature instead.

Costco and Sam's Club are significantly retail traders in warehouses, they offer goods in large quantities to obtain a discount, as long as shoppers pay annual organic fees.
The current prices of Costco membership are $ 65 annually for the gold star, the basic level, or $ 130 for executive, where there are high bonuses and discounts.

Although the costs are similar, some Costco members have begun to influence the Sam Club after negative self -examination experiences, the suppression of the membership identifier, and the lack of a scanning feature.

What is scanning and going?
Scan & Go is currently presented to Walmart Plus and Sam's Club.
It allows them to use the Walmart or Sam's Club for mobile phone while shopping in the store to wipe the parquet symbols for all groceries while putting them in the cart.
This then creates one parquet symbol for all items, which they can use when self -examination and checking an employee quickly before leaving it.
It is supposed to save the time to wait in lines and also check each product individually when going out.

Although this is definitely attractive to the Costco shopping to switch and choose SAM instead, it is the membership sharing campaign that made some temptation to leave.

- Home card: Each essential member can add a free home card holder who lives in the same address. This person will receive his own membership card and can shop in Costco independently.
- Guest policyMembers can bring up to two guests for each visit to Costco. However, only a member can make purchases. The guests should be accompanied by the member.
- Certified card holder: For an additional fee, you can add a certified card holder, such as a family member or friend, who does not reside in your address. They will receive their own card and can shop independently.

In August, Costco began examining membership cards at the entrance to the store and in the exit area, but some claimed that it had happened to them more.
