The food distributor recalls certain groups of granola bars due to potential pollution that involves a metal body, according to officials.
Regarding Riverside Natural Foods Inc. , It relates to the granola bans.
It was first started on December 9, and according to Today.com, the summons affects more than two million granola bars.
Babs are called “due to the potential presence of a piece of metal in the product, which, if consumed, may lead to the risk of safety,” says the company's statement.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raised the level of the risk of calling to the second category, the second highest risk classification, on February 11.
The second -category calls include products “may cause temporary, harmful, or reflected health consequences, or when the possibility of serious, long, distant health consequences.”
The following flavors of granola bars are affected:
- Chocolate chocolate chocolate
- Mixed granola bars
- Strawberry granola bars
- Cookies and granola bars
- Banana chocolate bars granola
- Wet chocolate Granola Boars Birthday cake
- Rahi chocolate
- Write chocolate vanilla granola bars
“RiverSid has conducted an intense investigation as the products that were called and identified the source of the problem in the manufacturing process,” Riverside Natural Foods. “The company dealt with the problem and tested the new operations to ensure that any future risk is completely reduced.”
“Consumers who bought these products are required to check for the list and return the product that was called to the store where they bought it to recover full funds.”
