Rio de Janeiro-Brazilian Prosecutor on Tuesday filed charges against former President Geer Bolsonaro to try to turn in his position after his 2022 election defeat.
Paulo Gunnett Prosecutor claims that Bolsonaro and 33 others have participated in a plan to stay in power despite losing to current President Luiz Inosio Lula da Silva.
Last November, Federal Police submitted a 884 -page report with Gonet, which explains the plan.

They claim that it involves sowing the lack of confidence in the electoral system between the population, formulating a decree by giving the conspiracy a peel of legitimacy, pressing the highest military copper to communicate with the plan, and inciting riots in the capital.
The Supreme Court will analyze the charges, and if accepted, Bolsonaro will be tried.
The right -wing extremist leader denies committing any violations. “I have no concerns about accusations, zero,” Polsonaro told reporters earlier on Tuesday during a visit to the Senate in Brazilia.
