“I am thinking about the mistakes I made a lot. I was on my side and I think I finally had some perspective, so I thought I would share it,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a personal photo.

“When you feel harm and injustice and you know that you deserve an apology, but you are quarreled by your partner because they feel shame, and this may be your thinking.”

Bertenelli, 64, has included many questions that people in the dating world should ask themselves when they face any challenges in the relationship.

“Do you only refer to what they do wrong, being excessive embarrassment, and only expecting them to fix it?

“Change, real change, never happens through criticism, shame, or pressure. They most likely feel all of this. (I know when I am, ooof, do I feel disgrace).

“Maybe try,” that's what I feel when this happens, can we know that together? “This little change can make a difference. Then you are in the same team. You do not work * against * each other, you are working * with * each other.”

“One Day at one time” admitted that although it is difficult to address relationship issues directly, it is always worth it.

“I think we all just want to do what is better and feel panic when we hurt someone we love and be shy that prevents us from thinking clearly. Will it not be good to reduce the person you love from shame so that they can really give you the adjustments that you are looking for?” I asked.

“Then again, what I know,” she said. “I have a failed Zagan and I floundered the last true good man I met with. Maybe you don't take advice from me.”

In November, Bertenelli separated from her long boyfriend, Mike Judno, 10 months after dating.
