Greg Pubovic is said to miss the rest of the American Professional League season.
The 76 -year -old San Antonio Spears coach obtained a license in November after it was revealed that he had suffered a stroke.

Popovic was replaced by Mitch Johnson's assistant, who went 22-27 as a temporary coach.
The veteran suffered from what the team called “moderate stroke” before a match against Minnesota Timberolves last fall.
Bubovic has trained Tottenham since the 1996-1997 season and is the oldest coach in the history of the American Professional League.
He was expected to return this season after “attacking his rehabilitation.”
But Bubovic is now expected to sit in the rest of the campaign, according to ESPN.
“No one is enthusiastic about my vision, I return to the bench more than talented individuals who are leading the rehabilitation process,” Bubovic said in a statement in the past statement last December.
“They quickly learned that I am less than the coach,” he added.
The report comes after the exclusion of Spears Victor Wimbinama star until next season.
