Herne said previously that Crook Park and Las Vegas will “put a list of funds for Katie Taylor.”
“We hope that we can mark one of these following boxes, but even at this stage I think Katie admits that we are probably approaching the last chapter.
“She gave everything to this sport. It is one of the greatest individuals and the largest athletes, not just what Ireland has ever seen, but the world has never been unprecedented.
“I am very determined to make sure that we are able to deliver all her dreams before skipping.”
Herne was speaking before the SSE Arena on Saturday night card with Louis Crocker from Belfast with Badi Derek in the title of the title.
“The atmosphere is very special here,” Herne added when asked about the history of the rich boxing of Belfast.
“If you put an average offer, you will sell average tickets, but people here, they know boxing and when there is a big event, it will come, as they will happen tomorrow night.
“It is a comprehensive battle, and the winner continues the struggle for a world weight title in the weight section, which contains huge names such as Ryan Garcia, Din Hani, Tudaimo Lopez and Jarun Innis, so this is a golden ticket for those who can win tomorrow.”
