Donald Trump's speech at a joint session of Congress sent an estimated 36.6 million viewers, a decrease from the first president's mandate, but he beat Joe Biden's first title in 2021.
The audience was approximately 10 million viewers, compared to 26.9 million who watched Biden's first speech in a joint session of Congress. Trump's first speech in 2017 achieved 47.7 million.
The latest numbers are Nelsen and measuring 15 networks.
The peak fans were to speak from 9:45 pm to 10 pm East time, with nearly 38 million viewers, according to Celseen.
