Tiger Woods considers suspicion of the players' championship after he said that “his heart is not actually in practice.”
The main champion 15 times missed the Genesis in February after the death of his mother earlier in the month.
Woods competed at the TGL event on Monday evening, removing it over GC.
Woods, 49, told SPORTS Illustraatedand external.
βMy heart is really not in exercise at the present time. I had a lot of other things to do on the tour and try to do other things.
“Once I probably start to feel a little improvement and start entering it, I will start looking at the table.”
The players must abide by the players on Friday afternoon, with the championship from March 13 to 16.
Woods has not played PGA Tour since last year's open year's Royal Tron championship in July and underwent the sixth back operation in 10 years in September.
This is last year exempt from Woods from the championship by winning a masterβs degree in 2019.
