Indianapolis USps is looking to employ mail processors for their new facility, but workers are concerned that they will not receive the correct training to do this task.
The postal service looks to fill the “whole” situations.
While the company is looking for more employees, fears are also looming from current workers that USPS will allow the largest number of employees “when they are appointed”.
“The goal is to stabilize our workforce by creating opportunities to work for the most trusted government agency,” said USPS Indianapolis in a job fair.

He also saw problems with new distribution centers such as Indianapolis – but through the entire United States.
Despite doubts, Vaughn still believes that the post office can be a great place to work if the right people are set with the right skills set.
He added: “You can throw all the people you want there, but if you do not train them and give them tools and enable to do the task, other things must be done to correct this problem.”
