The smell of business has shared three companies in millions of dollars from the zero point.
Joi-Lin Hunt, 47, was trained as a lawyer and has established its legal practice called Hunt Law Group, and the income tax privilege called Caliente Xpress Tax Service in 2007.

Hunt grew up in Los Angeles, California and now lives in Orlando, Florida.
In 2011, she branched into hair extensions and ended up having five salons in Houston, Texas called Super Reive Xpress, with five other privileges in Louisiana.
Her hair extensions appeared in a Justin Bieber music video.
Hunt is varied in 2017 when she participated in the establishment of the auto agent and sold it to customers.
The agency was very successful, and continued to grow to become millions of dollars in less than two years.

1. Be better

2. Always be unique
As a woman, how do you see positions and who are you positive. I think every great work needs a woman's touch to make her successful. We pay attention to details and sometimes we are a little better with customers, and we achieve a balance for everything.
When I created the hair extensions company, I saw that all competition was only a date and was not open on Monday. So I made sure that our work seized walking and opened seven days a week.
I did the same when we were selling used cars. We used to store cold cars such as Dodge Chargers, Nissan Maximas and Buick Lacrosses that people already wanted to drive, and sold at similar prices to the most boring cars that other agents had.
3. You have to be the best in everything you do
Be an expert in your field – whatever. And understanding that it always changes, so you also need to be innovated. You should be on PS and QS all the time.
When I was a lawyer, I was repeating my husband at the time and was buying and selling hair accessories. He wanted my opinion, and as soon as I invest at work, I became a student and wanted to know everything.
I went to conferences and classrooms, and I was around people more experienced than me, so I was learning from them. This way, I mastered the industry. He was the same with cars. My ex -husband was in cars, but we lost about $ 500,000 in an attempt to buy and sell cars because we bought a lot of vehicles and it turned out that we had no titles.
From that, we learned all the things that are not intended to do. We started after that, then we knew what to do. It has ended with buying and selling cars for people who fought for financing because of Covid and banks will not lend them money. So we created our financing agreements with them so that they can get cars directly from us without involving a bank.
We have made us unique among our competitors. You just need to show some identity, make the paid batch, which is your car. That was a great selling point and made us really successful.
4. Take time for self -care

It will be particularly intense at first when you have to do a lot of jobs at work yourself. When I started a salon for the first time, I used to work from 10 to 12 hours, then go home and spend time with my son. We later went to five salons in Houston and five other privileges throughout Louisiana.
By that stage, I delegated more roles for other people, but I was still in companies every day, making sure to operate them properly. To stop it too much, I had to take care of myself.
5. Heaven is the limit

I always tell myself that I want to earn this money in one month, get this car, or this house, or on this holiday. Put goals for yourself and clarify in your mind what you are doing. In every home I have at all, I spent six months to drive around and I am imagining myself to live in it. It seems crazy, but you have to ask yourself, “Why can't this be with the huge house?” This is the mentality that I took.
