World champion Locke Litler's local Mike Dieker's local to defend his title in the Belgian Open Championship.
Littler won the event last year while he was taking the first European round in Wieze, and the 18-year-old won 8-5 victory over De Decker in the final.
He saw the second number of the two worlds off Luke Woodhaus (6-4) and Dave Cisonen (6-4) on Sunday before defeating James Wadi (7-3) in the semi-finals.
This created a meeting with the 21st de Decker, who had achieved an exciting race to the final match in his event that was not outside the last eight of the European tour event.
The 29-year-old Belgian threw the number one Locke Humphrez in the second round on Saturday, and this model continued by beating Martin Shendler (6-3) and former world champion Gerawin Price (6-4) on Sunday.
De Decker returned from 6-4 to the brink of victory 7-6 against Ross Smith in the semi-finals and fell 3-1 against Litler, who won the first title in the UK at the end of last week and the fifth night of the Premier League on Thursday.
The teenager managed to stay clear, advance 7-3, and although D. Decker has briefly threatened another battle, Litler has proven to be very strong.
After its average reached 94.36 in the victory on Saturday over Ryan Cyrle, Litler 100 topped in all four victories, with 102.87 in the final compared to De Decker's 92.25.
The exit rate of the Littler was also larger as it recorded 53.33 % compared to 38.46 % of De Decker.
