Para-biathlon: Great Britain’s Scott Meenagh claims bronze in the Para-biathlon sprint

British Scott Minag won his first World Cup platform in this season, as he took the bronze in the paragraph race in Torsby, Sweden.

Minagh, 35, ranked third in 10 minutes and 24.8 seconds, behind Aaron Pike from the United States of America in the first place and Wrbul Keffitov in Kazakhstan, who won silver.

The platform is placed in the final World Cup for this season in third in the overall standings, which is the best profession.

“I am incredibly proud of today. I put myself under great pressure on the last day, as I knew that there were not only medals, but the best in the total ranking of the World Cup at stake.”
