Nathan Hashman, Los Angeles County's lawyer, Nathan Hoshman, was criticized by the legal team to kill Robert F. Kennedy to compare his conditional release of the murder case of Mindez.
During a controversial briefing on Monday, Hashman has repeatedly referred to the issue of Serhan Sirhan, a Jordanian Palestinian man who condemned me to kill the American Senator in 1968 for political reasons.

Hokman Eric and Lile Mindez urged to assume “full responsibility” for “lies” that they were claimed to perpetuate them since the famous killing of their parents, Jose and Kitty, in August 1989.
Brothers, who spent the last 35 years in prison, have a desperate family to release them, on the pretext that their rehabilitation is complete.
However, Hashman argued that the reflection of the conditional release in Sirhan in 2021 is the most similarity to the Mindez case, indicating that the launch of Eric and Lile will not be clear.
The new provincial lawyer described Sirhan's case as a “useful” example, claiming that both parties “have shortened” the full recognition of their crimes.

However, Serhan's lawyers criticized Hokman comparison strongly, expressing their anger in a statement of American rays.
In a large -scale e -mail message, Lawyers died Dennis F. Bouhdan and Angela Perry that in 2021, their client was recommended for the conditional release because, as well as the legal MENNDEZ Brothers team, it was “rehabilitated and not a danger to society.”
Although the conditional release council agreed, the decision was overturned by the California Governor Gavin News, who has the authority to liberate the Mainndez brothers, but he has so far refused to do so.
Bohdan and Berry described the operation as “very politicized”, as it claims bias on the part of the news, who publicly admitted the presence of a “shrine” to Kenneedys in his home.
“Until the allocation of strict prejudice by the ruler against our agent, the ruler New Tiroum showed that there was no insight into the effects of early shock and pressure after the shock on Mr. Sirhan,” and the lawyers mentioned.
They also pointed out that California is only one of the two American states where rulers, as political figures, can make conditional release decisions.
Lawyers Hoachman criticized his accusation of Mindez's brothers of the betrayal of trust, on the pretext that “psychological research shows that exposure to shock can cause lapses in memory and even the suppression of memories.”
Eric and Layl claimed that they were victims of sexual and mental abuse at the hands of their parents, who were killed in their Palace Hills.
“Shock responses can completely dismiss the person – as was the case for Mr. Sirhan. The years spent Mr. Sirhan in Palestine, and lived in a war area, as we have recently seen there,” Bouheidan and Berry, who is in California.
“For any official, whether the government or the provincial lawyer, Hogman, to demand a recitation of specific details for decades, by a person who has been severely shocked in his youth, shows a significant lack of understanding and understanding in the effects of shock and post -shock disorder.”
Earlier this month, newsom announced that a proposed listening session will be postponed on March 20 to discuss discontent with the Manendez brothers until a full investigation is completed in their rehabilitation claims.
Two weeks ago, Hashman rejected new evidence – including the allegations of the former boy's band, Roy Rossillo, that he was raped by Jose Menendes – has now questioned any batch of resentment.

February 26, 2025 California Governor Gavin New Term orders the conditional release council to conduct a “comprehensive risk assessment” of Mainndez brothers.
The brothers hope that if their resentment request is granted, they will immediately be qualified to condition. However, this will require a new hearing, forcing to narrate the horrific events on the night of August 20, 1989, which raises the distress of their families and supporters.
Sirhan's legal team argues that, instead of reopening old wounds and igniting anger between Eric and Layl's advocates, it would be to build a focus on the current risks of violence that either side.
Lawyers concluded that “the qualification of conditional release is not a test of memory.”
“Forcing the prisoner to” recognize “things they do not remember in order to secure the release is a superficial and unlimited approach to making complex conditional release decisions.
“In order for the ruler New Roosome to reflect on the conditional release of Mr. Sirhan, despite the consensus among experts that he was rehabilitated and posed low risk of danger, he, in our opinion, was wrong and abortion of justice.”
Former Los Angeles County Lawyer George Jaskoun He said he would recommend Eric and Lille to be resentful in October last year.
Hoshman, who replaced Gascon, shortly after this recommendation, said that his office has now reviewed the call of three first pages to a wide document from 87 pages documenting the lies that the brothers narrated after their parents were found dead in their living room.
