Nathan Hashman, Los Angeles County's lawyer, Nathan Hoshman, was criticized by the legal team to kill Robert F. Kennedy to compare his conditional release of the murder case of Mindez.
During a controversial briefing on Monday, Hashman has repeatedly referred to the issue of Serhan Sirhan, a Jordanian Palestinian man who condemned me to kill the American Senator in 1968 for political reasons.

The new provincial lawyer described Sirhan's case as a “useful” example, claiming that both parties “have shortened” the full recognition of their crimes.

However, Serhan's lawyers criticized Hokman comparison strongly, expressing their anger in a statement of American rays.

Eric and Layl claimed that they were victims of sexual and mental abuse at the hands of their parents, who were killed in their Palace Hills.

The brothers hope that if their resentment request is granted, they will immediately be qualified to condition. However, this will require a new hearing, forcing to narrate the horrific events on the night of August 20, 1989, which raises the distress of their families and supporters.
Sirhan's legal team argues that, instead of reopening old wounds and igniting anger between Eric and Layl's advocates, it would be to build a focus on the current risks of violence that either side.
