The court revealed that both men faced mental health challenges, while diagnosing Patel with schizophrenia. Panester had brutally kicked and kicked Patel, and he was severely injured, who later died of a blood clot.
Judge Nicholas Price stated that although Panister does not intend to harm or kill Patel seriously, the attack was severe. At the Magistrate Court of Hight Wycombe, provincial judge, Arvind Sharma, highlighted the need for an immediate prison sentence.
