A popular feature in Kohl's has been taken away this month, and some shoppers can disturb.
It comes from many of the changes made by the retail seller to improve financial problems.

For at least eight years, Kohl shoppers were able to bring Amazon packages to be returned.
Cooperation between companies began only in 2017 in California stores.
Two years later, in 2019, it was expanded to all stores across the country except Kohl's in Anchorage, Alaska.
Kohl said at the time that getting Perk will perfectly boost sales and increase traffic, while looking at customers at the store while they came to restore their Amazon package.
“We will really continue to focus on all of our initiatives to push traffic, and it is clear that Amazon is one of these main elements, Sephora is another one,” the financial manager, Jill Tim, indicated in a statement.
During a profit call after a few years, in 2021, Kohl said she had brought two million additional customers because of her partnership in Amazon.
He went forever?
However, starting on March 11, sites in Massachusetts, Missouri, Washington and Yistson began to remove the Amazon packages brought by customers.
An employee speaking with the Daily Mail newspaper said that the customers who brought Amazon's returns advised to go to the nearest UPS store instead.
A spokesman for the company also said: “Kohl's provides customer service by accepting the revenue from Amazon and choosing other third parties through our store fleet in our revenue for several years,” said a company spokesman.
“To continue learning from our customers, we take a test in a handful of stores where we will temporarily stop the third -party return service.”
Kohl spokesman added that the procedure is part of “testing and learning culture”, and aims to enhance the store's experience and reach the bottom of “shopping expectations and preferences.”
Cole did not immediately respond to the American sun's request for more information.
Some shoppers who have already ignited the wind were confused from removing the merk.
One of the customers has long wrote Ann in a Facebook post: “Kohl's angry, I cannot start telling you the amount of money I spent by restoring the Amazon package.”
Cole's history revealed

Kohl's, a series of American stores operating by Kohl's Corporation, has 1165 locations, with stores in every American state except Hawaii.
The company was established by the Polish immigrant Maxwell Cole, who opened a grocery store in Milwoki and Wisconsin, in 1927.
This store grew for a successful local series, and in 1962, Cole opened its first store.
In 1972, BRISHIN TOBACCO Compaany acquired a dominant interest in the company, which remained under the management of the Kohl family until 1979, when it was sold to BATUS Inc.
A group of investors bought the company from British American tobacco in 1986 and took it in 1992.
Its headquarters are in Minumoni Vols, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee, and Cole became the largest chain of stores in the United States in May 2012, bypassing JCPENNEY.
The company was included in the S&P 400 and Fortune 500, and in 2019, it ranked twenty -second from retail in the United States with revenue.
As of February 2023, Tom Kingsbury is the CEO of Kohl, after he accepted the situation after service on a temporary basis since December 2022.
Khalaf Michel Jas, who moved to a position with Levi Strauss.
“Do not realize when you walk in the store to restore this and give you a voucher that will start shopping before leaving, and look through the store.”
“I only rarely came, dropped a package and immediately went out outside the door without checking what is in clothes or jewelry …” continued.
Ann added that Cole “really needs[s] To think about the “quality removal option to return Amazon with customers.
Restricted arrival
Ashley Bokanan, CEO of Kohl, recently stressed the axis of policy that caused “frustration and confusion”.
In January, Bokanan assumed former CEO Tom Kingsbury.
Since the leadership was taken, Buchanan has pushed many modifications, where Kohl's has killed more than 11 financial quarter in a row, with the value of the shares decreased by more than 50 %.
This includes the removal of a policy that led to a large number of exceptions on the collas of money and coupons, which is one of the most popular aspects of shopping experience in retail stores.
Custom customers use Kohl money to get sweet deals on products and there are some useful promotional periods that are offered annually.
Despite the benefit of interest, many have not been able to use it in recent years due to the number of exceptions and restrictions that can use KOHL's criticism.
Imminent
Bokanan noticed in a recent profit call that 2024 got most of the exceptions on her coupon at all, which will not happen again this year.
“We are in contrast to some of these exceptions to simplify the experience and allow our customers to shop with our promotional coupons more consistently,” the CEO said.
He added that there will be “more clarity in messages and value”, and “Echo” will be amplified with shoppers.
Kohl's return policy was also fire, leaving the company apologizing after a customer claimed that they had faced a victim of “bait and switching”.
The retail seller continues to close at least 27 “poor performance” stores in 15 states this year.
