Football legend Alan Hansen looked very healthy as he got MBE – just nine months after a serious health intimidation. The Liverpool and Scotland star picked up his star from Prince William at a party at Windsor Castle.

Glove, 38, who won London and Rio, fell with a silver medal for rowing in the Women's Olympics in the Paris Olympics, after she gave birth to a son in July 2018 and twins after 18 months.
She said: “Two of the Olympic Games were before having children and two after that, and they returned after birth, I never thought that this was possible. Whether you wanted to return and be an Olympic or wanted to return to a hobby you used to enjoy, there should not be a woman who was a mother as a barrier to that.
“I have changed mainly as athlete when I have children. Put it in the workplace, this strength will become. You are very driven, you have this mental transformation that makes you unable.”
