White Lotus Composer Cristobal Tapia de Veer said that the third season of HBO will be the last in an open interview with the New York Times.
Tapia de Veer, who won three Amy Awards for his work in the successful show, said the long creative clashes with the creator and writer Mike White hit a summit during the production of the third season, so he decided not to return for another.
The Canadian Chilean musician told the Times that he did not agree to White's ideas about showing music from the beginning. He said that White wanted something closer to the “background music” that one might hear “in IBIZA, somewhere in Clubby Place with a cold, a sexy Vibi for the first season.
Tapia de Veer said he “hold on to what I was doing,” and has become his creative process, “How can I pass all this strange music in the show?”
When the tone changed for the third season, Tapia de Fair said he had received calls from TMZ and other media because people were “angry” about change.
Tapia de Veer said in response that he sent a message to the display product to discuss the release of a longer version of the original topic tone, which has become common to viewers.
“I think it was a good idea. But Mike cut it – he was not happy with that,” said Tapia de Fair.
“I mean, at this point, we have already subjected our last battle forever, I think. So he was just saying no to anything. So I just downloaded it to YouTube.”
Tapia de Fair said he was now making peace by his exit.
“I was watching Emiz, which is like, there is one thing that is proud of it and that is that I feel that I never gave up,” he said. “Maybe I was not professional, and certainly, Mike feels that I was always unprofessional for him because I did not give him what he wanted. But what I presented to him thisYou know – did you do these emmys, people feel crazy. “
