Civil service employees have been arrested in an attempt to buy five burgers on the governmental credit card funded by taxpayers.
However, their treatment was banned after the government freezed 20,000 purchases in a campaign against Whitatol waste.

The two women were seen in an attempt to buy luxury burgers by a government from the inside Thursday night in the kings of Kroos, north of London.
They tried to pay for their food using a government purchase card, which is the government's summit.
Then a message flashes until it was shown.
One of those familiar with the government they discovered said: “People complained of greedy civil service staff – but they are mocking luxury burgers at the expense of taxpayers taking them to the next level.
“We have froze government purchases to stop waste like this.
“The Labor Party will not play quickly and it is preferable with taxpayer money.”

The Cabinet Office froze purchasing cards last month. The ministers are concerned about their use after spending it by 400 percent in just four years.
A few cards used by diplomats or government workers in war areas and hostile countries will be exempt from freezing.
The maximum spending on hospitality is also reduced from 2500 pounds to 500 pounds.
It is part of the duonting Street efforts to reduce civil service waste and excessive spending.
