The Trump administration submitted a notice of the appeal today that the judge’s decision that the White House was unable to restrict the Associated Press from the Oval Office and other events as a punishment for the decisions of the content of the news organization.
Brian Hodak from the Ministry of Justice put the notice on behalf of the prosecutors in the case, the secretary, Caroline Levitt and the Deputy Chief of Staff Taylor Bodwich.
The administration banned the White House and photographers from AP from the combined events in the Oval Office as well as the largest events in areas such as East Room. Levitt, Bodwich and Trump itself clearly that the reason for the restriction was that the AP style book did not change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.
On Tuesday, the American boycott judge, Trefor McFaden, one of Trump's number, spent the White House violating the first amendment by doing this.

Close those doors to other journalists because of their views. It does not require the constitution
less.”
When AP is given a preliminary judicial order, McFadden orders canceling the White House “denial of their point of view” from the arrival of the AP. He gave the White House until April 13 to obtain an emergency residence from a high court and prepare to implement a preliminary judicial order.
