Biden created the Chnv program in 2023 via the Conditional Conditional Release Authority. The program was launched in 2022 and was first applied to the Venezuelan before expanding it to additional countries.

The Biden Administration has argued that ChNV would help reduce illegal crossings on the southern border and allow the improvement of people entering the country amid the flow of immigrants.

The program was temporarily stopped after finding widespread fraud. Many beneficiaries were also arrested for high -level crimes, including multiple rapes of children.

ChNV allowed migrants and their direct family to fly to the United States if they had American sponsors. They can remain in the country for two years under a temporary migration position known as the conditional release.

Officials in the Ministry of Internal Security and the Trump Administration said that Talwani has mainly killed Trump that he could not use his own executive authority, the same authority that Biden used, to cancel the conditional release that Biden granted him.

“It is pure tyranny without law,” Trump administration official told Fox News.

In March, approximately 532,000 immigrants were informed under the ChNV program to leave the United States before canceling the human conditional release and accompanying work permits on April 24, giving them a month of officially publicizing the notification on March 25.
