A recruiter was left in Sydney through a question from a student of work on the supposed “Red Science” they witnessed while searching for their work.

She explained that if one of the recruits is making efforts to contact you at 7 pm, then this means that you are the “right person for the job” and they want to present you quickly.

Speaking to News.com.au, Ballis said that recruits often work outside the normal hours to find the right filter.

Contact outside normal working hours also means that they do not boycott you in your current job if you have one.
