The Jet2 flight from Alkante was transferred to Manchester Airport in the air to start “destroyed passengers”.

A Jet2 spokesman said: “The LS881 trip was transferred to Barcelona so that the police can empty some of the sabotage passengers.
“The plane continued its destination after a delay.
“As a family -friendly airline, we follow an approach to zero tolerance of sabotage behavior.”
It is understood that the flight arrived at Manchester Airport about three hours after the landing date is set.
