Russell Brand was accused of withdrawing another woman towards a male toilet and touched another woman without approval, according to the new court documents.
The 49 -year -old comedian, the comedy actor, last month on charges of rape, inappropriate assault, oral rape, and two charges of sexual assault, according to Metropolitan police.
Police officers said that the alleged crimes are linked to four separate women and were conducted between 1999 and 2005.
Police officers opened an investigation into the brand sexual crimes in September 2023 – just weeks after the movie Sunday Times and Channel 4 TV, “Dispatches” reported that four women accused the brand of sexual assault – including the rape that he claimed at his home in Los Angeles in 2012 at the height of his scenes in Hollywood.
Brand, who has been living in the United States since February, was entitled to the Westminster Magistrate in London on Friday.
He also served with the court summons.
In a joint video on social media on Wednesday, Brand said he was “heading to the United Kingdom when she confirmed that it will be a simple formal.”
He said: “I am completely open to the opportunity and welcome the opportunity to defend myself because my innocence cannot be determined.”
In the court documents, the representative of “forgetting Sarah Marshall” was accused of assaulting a woman in 2001 by “seizing her arm and pulling her towards a male toilet.”
He is also accused of sexual assault on another woman in Westminster, London, in 2004, by touching her breasts without her consent. Police said he was also responsible for the alleged oral rape that occurred in the same year.
Brand was claimed that another Bournemouth woman raped in 1999 and assaulted a 16 -year -old girl by forcing her oral sex during a three -month relationship.
Adolescence claimed that she had to punch the actor “Get it to the Greek” in the stomach to make him stop, according to the report.
Another woman, who was killed in the initial media report, claimed that he sexually assaulted her at his residence in West Hollywood after he met the two at an unknown meeting of alcoholic addicts.
In a joint video on social media last month, Brand – who was formerly married to pop star Katie Perry – denied allegations and said he was “not” raped.
He said in a video: “I was a fool before I lived in the light of the Lord. I was a drug addict and a sex addict, but what was never raped,” he said in a video.
“I have never participated in an uneven activity. I pray to God to see this by looking at my eyes.”
He added: “I will now have the opportunity to defend these charges in court and I am incredibly grateful for that.”
