The woman who was convicted of the kidnapping of Elizabeth Smart has been arrested more than two decades ago for violating the commitment of sexual crimes.
Wanda Barzi, who was kidnapped by 14 -year -old Smart with her husband, Brian David Mitchell in 2002, accused of visiting Liberty Park and Shujer House Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In 2010, Barzi was sentenced to 15 years in prison. But her time was cut behind bars.

Smart claimed that the released criminal “saw me as a slave to her. She called me her maid. She never hesitated to allow her to resent me.”
Smart also spoke when the conditioner decided to rent an apartment near an elementary school shortly after her sentence ends.
“All potential caution and protection should be taken when it comes to protecting our children. Whether it is currently a threat or if it has a history of abuse of children, neglect, sexual violence, etc., wise measures should be taken, including housing as possible from schools, families and community centers.”
