Lizzo, the Grammy Prize -winning pop icon, shared her experiences with weight loss, and revealed that while the famous OzemPIC, her real success came from lifestyle changes instead.

This explicit acceptance came several months after you previously denied the use of any weight loss medications, providing more ideas about its transformation.

During an episode of Trisha Paytas' PodCast, JUST TRISH, which was broadcast on June 19, Lizzo talked about how they tried with OzemPIC and other GLP-1 medications, which are usually identified for type 2 diabetes but also gained an experimental force of its effects on appetite. I mentioned,

“I have tried everything. It is all about science for me – calories disposal for calories. OzemPIC works because it helps you eat less food. It makes you feel full. If you can achieve this yourself, this is the same.”

In the end, despite her brief trial with the drug, she decided that it is not necessary to achieve weight loss goals.

The credit is the success of weight loss for a mixture of calories, exercise, and the main changes in its diet. One of the important changes was away from a vegetarian diet that I followed nearly ten years ago.

She explained that during her period of time as green, she consumed many alternatives to treated meat, bread and rice, and often ranges between 3000 to 5,000 calories per day only to feel satisfied.

The transition to a diet that included whole foods such as beef, chicken and fish allowed them to feel full without the need to excessive eating. I noticed,

“I was already full and not just expanding my stomach with a lot of fake things that did not really fill me.”

Inspired by what she learned from the Japanese diet, which she considers one of the most healthy and most compatible things with her body, did these nutritional adjustments.

In addition to food changes, Lizo stressed the importance of mental and emotional transformation in her health journey. She admitted that she used to turn into food, drinking and other deviations, but she chose to stop these habits to focus on her well -being.

This change in the mentality was vital to weight loss. She also participated that her point of view on the positive body has turned into neutrality of the body, admitting that feelings about the individual's body can change from day to day.
