Williams's mission is to help passengers who need help, whether due to mobility problems or, as he explains, because the airport environment “can be high, very busy and very trapped.”

“It can be a truly exhausting place, so we are trying to help them get a good experience,” says Williams.

“If you have a mobility problem, you may need an elevator to connect you to the plane or help go out to the airport runway. You should try to get people to make sure they do not miss their flight.

“There are some great examples of management – giving priority to the right passengers at the right time, making sure they have the right equipment. I was very lucky because Sergio is the master.”

There were many likes and arrows followed by different headlines where an extraordinary story was captured.

“I didn't really think it was interesting to people, but if so, this is good and we can have a conversation on this topic,” says Williams.

“For me, this [interview] It is a good opportunity to explain that I love to work and I think this is a good way to add something to my actual trade, if you like.

“It was a great experience, but I think I am likely to be a football coach or manager.”
