A 23 -year -old man was filmed in a condition known as elastic head syndrome, as his neck became very distorted and he needed surgery in Iran.

A video man suffered an extreme annex to his neck, which rolled with one side of heavy drug abuse. Doctors at L-ZHARA Hospital in ISFAHAN, Iran, published the photos to highlight the case known as the fallen Head syndrome.

The 23 -year -old developed the condition due to drug use for many years. It is also known as elastic head syndrome, which is a condition where there is severe weakness in the neck muscles and therefore no longer able to support the head. Often it is seen with patients with muscle neurological disorders such as motor neurological disease.

Then the paramedics conducted extensive tests, as he found that his nerves and muscles were good. But the CT scan showed that he had a severe deformed spine.

When placing the patient under general anesthesia, doctors saw that there is a slight improvement but for treatment they need surgery.

This sawdust removes the distorted bone and use a lock cage to support its head. The process was successful and then did not suffer from any nervous symptoms.

After a day of surgery, he managed to walk with a solid collar that he needs for three months. He also had a rehabilitation of drug addiction.
