The officers discovered a bleak last Tuesday after answering reports of a small fire.
His girlfriend, Tamika Sueann-Rose Chesser, 34 years old-was arrested two-day after two days under mental health law and was accused of death.

The neighbors also remembered how they tried to treat the fire, unaware of horror inside.
“It is a destructive matter. This does not happen in a small town like Port Lincoln,” local resident Judy Miller told 7NEWS.
He added that he had seen the couple before, saying: “It seemed normal, it was good.”
This comes at a time when strange shots of a woman believed to be Mrs. Chiser standing naked in the Port Lincoln and Wore Puritor wearing a wedding veil, just days before her arrest.
A stranger to the woman showed silent and with no kinetic in the garden of remembrance while he was carrying what he seemed to be a sharp object – a disturbing trick filmed by one of the terrified passers -by.
