Fears are escalating among the local population now, and they have returned to appearing, as Outlet New Jersey Advance Media reported.
Zygmunt Wilf, the owner of the minnesota vikings, is part of the real estate group that revealed plans to build 500 new homes in a forest located inside the Watchung Mountains in New Jersey.
Mountains are famous for the attractive viewing points overlooking New York City.
A quarter of a 120 -acre forest should be removed for property.
Wilf, Garden Homes, put forward the idea of building homes in 2006, but officials rejected plans due to safety concerns.
At that time, he suggested building 136 houses at reasonable prices.
The officials concluded an agreement in 2020, but the local population is still confused about the plans of building new homes.
Rachel Klein, who lived near the mountain for a decade, said the plans are meaningless.
“We said no: If it is not safe for 136 homes, it would be worth a million dollars at that time, then why do the poor suddenly put it, which makes it safe?” I told the broker.
Klein admitted that she did not understand the motivation behind the plans.
She said, “Nothing was built on this land.”
When the plans were rejected, safety concerns were raised.
Paul Trentinberg, who has lived in the region since 1998, has expressed his concerns that emergency services may not be able to reach homes in the region, according to Gotamyist.
“In the case of fire, flooding, or any kind of natural disaster, [it] “The residents may be wearing, it may prevent emergency vehicles, fire trucks and ambulances from entering,” he said.
We said no.

Although the home building plan has been approved, officials are still afraid of potential effects.
Joe Krakoviak, head of the town of West Orange, has alluded to potential environmental concerns.
Environmental groups have noticed concerns about the possible damage to wetlands, for example.
There are concerns that residents who are moving to property as soon as they are built may not have the necessary access to local services.
“There is a need for housing at reasonable prices, but this is not the right place for that,” Klein said.
New Jersey officials aim to build 84,000 new homes by 2035.
Wellf, the president of Orlando, bought Minnesota Vikings for about $ 600 million in 2005.
A spokesman for Garden Homes has not commented.
