There were some concerns about the burden of Sciver-Grount with the captain, taking into account its importance as the best bread in England and one of the most experienced archers, but Edwards said she was sure that she could relieve some pressure and allow her to focus on issues on the field.

Other criticisms of the preparation of England – and other aspects that Edwards pledged to correct – was a clear lack of planning the caliphate of leadership roles, given the length of the state of Knight.

“We will create a leadership group, and it may be different for different series and formats, but this is something that we really buy.

“We have to make sure that we are planning for the future, giving experience to the players, and giving them a voice.”

Edwards also confirmed that Knight will not be part of this leadership group, saying that her desire for the former leader to focus on enjoying the game again and beating.

England has faced criticism and scrutiny of the surrender of ash, unlike ever, with their behavior and position outside the field along with bad results.

Edwards admitted that the team will change their approach to social media and “look at our professional behaviors”, but added that in its short time in the role that the changes have already noticed.

“It will be different and it should be, but this does not mean that there is right or wrong. How can I do it while I am.”

“The team used to do a certain way to do things, but they have been great yet and above all we talked about.

“I expect us to move in the right direction very quickly.”
