Netflix Chief Ted Sarandos Unveils Plan To Invest $1B In Spain

Ted Sarandos continues a tour of the world who pledges criticism for creators.

After unveiling the plans in February to spend $ 1 billion on Mexican production over the next four years, Netflix Co-CEO committed to a similar commitment to Spanish assets.

In the notes at TRES Cantos Madrid Hub from Netflix on Tuesday, SARANDOs said that Netflix would invest 1 billion euros ($ 1.1 billion) in the country by 2029.

Netflix president was surrounded by Pedro Sanchez, President of Spain, as he announced his commitment and the country's creators took over to produce strikes like Snow community and elite.

Sarandos said the Spanish headlines have been more than 5 hours of watching on Netflix after a miracle partnership with local storytellers over the past decade.

Netflix Tres Cantos was opened in 2019 and expanded the facility in 2022.
