American car drivers will face more than just fines if they are arrested quickly “dangerous”.

This strict new legislation will start in high equipment starting on Tuesday, July 1.
The law (HB 351) will establish a “excessive excessive speed” as a new criminal crime.
This crime will see car drivers face legal procedures under certain circumstances.
More specifically, the crime indicates the situations in which drivers are:
- Go to at least 50 miles per hour at the maximum speed
- Speed at a speed of 100 miles per hour or more in a way that threatens people or property around them
State legislation
These crimes were officially created as a crime under the laws of Florida State.
While reckless leadership is already a crime in the state, the courts have seen that speed is not necessarily counted.
The speed itself is generally a violation of a non -criminal traffic, which is primarily punished with fines.
As a result, this new law will finally make it so that excessive speed is an arrestable crime.
This legal repercussions are in addition to any valid fines for speed.
Repercussions
Under the law, the driver who commits “excessive dangerous speed” will be punished for taking into account the number of previous conviction.
At first conviction, a car driver can get up to 30 days in prison, a fine of $ 500, or both in prison and a fine of $ 500.
A driver can be sentenced to subsequent imprisonment condemnation for up to 90 days.
Or a fine of $ 1,000 can be issued, or you can get both prison and a fine of $ 1,000.
Drivers who have subsequent condemnation within five years will see their affected licenses.
New leadership laws in 2025
Drivers all over the United States have to adapt to a large number of new road rules that enter into force in 2025. Some of them include:
It may nullify the repeated leadership of the perpetrator between 180 days to a year.
Other road laws
It included a previous version of a draft law of a rule of referee that allows law enforcement to reserve the driver's vehicle for a period of 30 days if it is used for reckless driving.
In this case, the car driver can also obtain harsh penalties for condemnations.
However, legislators eventually decided to cut these rules from the proposal.
Regardless, this new road law is scheduled to enter soon, along with more than 120 other new laws.
A new license plate law will affect drivers in another state, from the same date.
July 1 will also witness the introduction of a new “hot” base that has already received a violent reaction from the drivers.
In addition, the “Transport” law will witness some passengers from next month.
