It was claimed that its predecessor in Sofia Vergara – who spent years stumbled with the “modern family” actress on the nursery rights in her frozen embryos – was deceived by a German director in bombing nearly $ 40,000 in a cinematic project that did not go anywhere.

Nicholas Loop, actor and businessman, hoped that Robert Shuintecke would find dust entitled “The Art of Deception”, which he described in a lawsuit against the director as “a historically inspired theft film that studies the steal of the Mona Lisa from the incense in the early twentieth century.”

Shuentek, 57, who directed the movie “The Captain” for the year 2017, agreed to take the project in 2022 but only if his favorite writer, Matthew Wilder, took a rift in the scenario, Loop claimed to present the Supreme Court in Manhattan.

Loop received $ 25,000 to Wilder to rewrite the script, based on the promise of Shuknek, then another $ 12500 in January 2023 after he called the manager to rewrite a second.

Although he does not want to hire the script, Loop “agreed to keep Wilder only for the purpose of securing Schwentke as a director,” according to litigation.

Shuentec has even expressed enthusiasm for the project, as Loop claimed.

I imagined that “directing an elegant Lubitsch comedy … will be one of the great joys [his] Lub said, according to the lawsuit.

He claims that the director stopped responding for several months, then “appearing” in August 2023?]Calculating a third rewriting “again to be implemented by Wilder and again for a fee of $ 25,000”, as Loop claimed.

Then Shuente abandoned the project in March, leaving Lob on the hook for more than $ 37,000 at expenditures.

Lawyer Andrew B. Smith, who is described by Loop: “Mr. Lob believes that he is deceived by your Shuwah in collusion with his friend, cost him millions.”

LOB is looking for unlimited damage “with a sufficient amount to punish” the husband for “their deliberate, malicious and fraudulent behavior.”

The Witchester -based Lub Loop spent nearly a decade in a high -level legal battle with Vergara on the fate of her remaining embryos created by fertilization in the laboratory, after failing to fail children.

Vergara won the court, preventing Loop from bringing her embryos to the duration using an alternative.

Wilder and your Ceninte did not immediately respond to the suspension requests.
