Jockey Oisin Murphy was charged with driving and failed to cooperate with the police after a car accident in April.
The 29 -year -old was arrested after the Mercedes -Gray Tree in Hermetage, Berkshire was destroyed.
The Times Valley Police said that he was charged with one of the driving of a car while he was at the maximum of alcohol and the failure to cooperate with a preliminary test on the road side.
“The charge is related to the collision of a traffic traffic on one vehicle road, about 12.05 GMT on Sunday, April 27 this year, when the Mercedes gray season left the road and a tree crashed,” the police said in a statement.
Murphy, a four -time champion knight in the Magistrate Reading Court on July 3.
