Parker, 33, kept his temporary title to WBO in February by winning the knockout in the second round of Martin Bacol.
Ukrainian Usyk is the WBC and WBA champion (Super) and WBO Heavyweight thanks to his second consecutive victory over Tyson Viory in December.
In front of Usyk and Parker 30 days to find an agreement or that WBO will request procedures for wallet.
The British Daniel Dubua, who holds the IBF heavyweight belt, is already having conversations to face USYK for the undisputed heavyweight title.
Dubua was appointed to confront Parker on February 22, but he withdrew due to the disease and does not look forward to reschedule that fighting.
