The California authorities revealed last week that a 13 -year -old boy alleging was killed by illegal immigrant soccer coach before his body was thrown into a trench died due to alcohol poisoning.

The last time Oscar Omar Hernandez was alive on March 28 after leaving his home in the Sun Valley to meet with a football coach, Mario Edgardo Garcia Oidino, 43, according to a complaint from the Prosecutor's Office.

The Hernandez family informed that he lost it two days later, after he did not return from his coach in the Lancaster/Dalil area and stopped answering the calls.

The teenager's body was discovered alongside a road in Vinterora on April 2.

The cause of his death was listed as poisoning acute ethanol – or alcohol poisoning – by the Phenitura Medical County Office, as reported by NBC Los Angeles.

He was charged with killing Hernandez in April.

The football coach faces the charge of killing one by claiming murder in the special circumstance during the committee or attempting the obscene business committee with a child.

It is qualified for the death penalty.

The Hernandez family said they brought down the teenager at a train station in the San Fernando Valley so that he could help his coach to make football shirts at his home in Lancaster.

The husband was presented to each other through the football program after school.

“The football coach was made in football shirts,” said Oscar's sister, Alejandra Hernandez. “He took other football colleagues to help him, and for this reason my brother went.”

Alejandra said that Hernandez's relatives called him that night to verify him, but Garcia-Akinino answered the phone instead, and they said that the boy could not talk to them because he was filled with paint.

Garcia-Akoyino was expected to lead the boy home the next morning, but when he never arrived, he told the anxious relatives that he had removed the boy.

Calls were not answered to the Hernandez phone, but a response was sent from the phone saying, “I am going to a party,” according to the family.

Garcia-Aquino, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, faces a separate charge that stems from an alleged sexual assault on a 16-year-old boy in Baldel, California, in February last year.

Garcia-Akoyino acknowledged that he was not guilty of June 18, including special conditions for obscene work with a child.
