Two -week -old parents tried to kill him in the hospital.

Daniel Gunter, 27, and Sophie Stradon, 23, accused of killing Brendon Stradon at the Juventus County Hospital in Sumrest on March 5 last year. Each of the defendants, no fixed address, was accused of killing and causing Brendon's death.

The jury consisting of eight men and four women in the oath in the case, which is scheduled to take four weeks, performed in the Bristol Crown Court on Monday. Judge Swift told them: “This case revolves around the death of a very young child named Brendon Stradon, who was two weeks old when he died on March 5, 2024.

“When he died, he was in the Pedic Welfare Unit at the Juventus County Hospital, the place where he was born. His death was the result of very serious injuries.”

Charles Row Kc is sued the case, while Andrew Langdon Kc Gunter and Adam Vaitingamam Kc represent Staddon. On Monday, the jury was read by a list of 91 names for the people who will appear in the trial.

Mr. Row is scheduled to open the case to the prosecution on Tuesday morning. The defendants deny both charges against them and the trial continued.
