The Dallas -based company has concluded an agreement with its lenders aimed at eliminating the majority of debt, which is about two billion dollars, at home on Monday.
According to the deal, the company will also receive 200 million dollars of financing to maintain the operation of the household goods division during the bankruptcy process.
