Molly Carlson forced a high submarine to withdraw from the world series after she had a strange accident in practice.
The 26 -year -old was trained in this event in Polignano A Mare, Italy at the weekend when she fell on the edge of the diving plate 22 meters (72 feet).

After that, she went to the water but she managed to wrap first.
Carlson suffered from slight injuries – completely fear – as a result.
The diver shared the scary accident footage on social media on Saturday.
I wrote: “The most terrifying moment of my life …
“It breaks my heart to announce that I will not compete at the second stop of the Redbullclifdiving World series here in Italy where I had a really scary accident. One of my nightmares has been fulfilled.
“First of all, I am very grateful to be fine. I have never imagined in my life that I would be independent from the high diving platform but that happened.
“I was shocked by my reflected skills to find my feet like a cat and be fine.
Unfortunately, I got a huge bruise on my feet.
“I thought about work and diving, but it was not the right choice for my health.
Thank you everyone for your kind words, I am fine.
“Italy, I am very happy because I still got some beautiful diving in Xoxo, even the next time, CIOO.”
Carlson won gold in the World Dive World Cup in Bahrain last year.
